This is our return policy, we hope this makes clear for all our valued customers. We do not offer refunds on our products unless an item that has been ordered arrives faulty/damaged, this is due to the nature of the products which we sell. We do however offer an exchange system on all items purchased within 14 days which can take place in-store at one of our three locations provided the returned items pass our checks, returns can also take place by posting items back to the point of purchase.
